Octopizzo drops ‘No Signal’ record with Burukyln Boyz

2 mins read

Octopizzo is warming up to releasing his sixth studio and he’s doing it with class and finesse that will leave hip hop heads yearning for more after he’s done teasing us with some of the projects plucked from his studio.

Octopizzo made a statement a few days ago announcing the release of his sixth studio album dubbed ‘Lamu Nights’ which is expected on the 26th of this month.

On this studio album, he has featured the formidable drill music stars in the country, Burukulyn Boyz on the ‘No Signal’ record that fans and foes alike cannot seem to get enough of.

The sought-after mainstream rapper in the country who has stood the test of time as we know it today has proven that he’ll forever be timeless, and so his music.

In his latest offering dubbed ‘No Signal’, Octopizzo shows a side that not most of his fans and critics alike hasn’t seen in a very long time, he went savage on the lyrics, used witty metaphors, rhymed over the beat, and made it look as easy as closing your eyes and opening them.

We all know rapping isn’t as easy as Octopizzo makes it to be.

If this studio album won’t be one of the most streamed rap albums in entire Africa, then there’s something wrong with DSPs algorithm.

Having released officially a few days ago as promised by the GOAT himself, the single has over 350K streams on Spotify alone, while the visuals for the same have over 200K views and trending on YouTube music in Kenya.

I am a Pan-Afrikanist to the core and love to let the world know what they are missing in Africa. I might do that through music and some interesting posts from time to time so please bare with me.

I will always be real though, that's a guarantee.
