How LWE FOOTBALL works

LWE football i.e (Lucky Wish Earned) is a gaming website, now reported as a scam by different users in Kenya. People who have used the site say, you predict a reverse score of a game, for  example 1-0 and if the match ends with any score other than 1-0, the members are declared winners. They were allegedly using deposit and referral bonuses to bait and lure potential victims.

And when they suspected least, service interruptions happened raising all the red flags one could think of.

“On the latest episode where members tried to withdraw funds from late last week on Wednesday and the funds were not sent as usual within a time frame of 2-48hrs and the admins gave a glimpse of hope to members that by Monday (today) they will receive the funds but funds have not be deposited to them for more than 5 days. Now they cannot login to their accounts since they have been all suspended. Some of the admins are still pouncing on desperate members who are yet to believe they have been scammed by telling them to deposit. $100 to the scammers bitcoin wallet or ksh10,000 to Mpesa paybill so they get they money back and some of they have fallen prey of the trap. I don’t know what will help the scammed members since they have been blocked from accessing the platform groups,” @heisuzz shared.
