Mulamwah gives an update on the construction of his 5-bedroom mansion

Comedian David Oyando alias Mulamwah is building a huge mansion in his rural home in Trans Nzoia county.

The 30-year-old comedian has been updating his fans on the construction progress through a series of posts on social media.

In a recent post, Mulamwah revealed that he was not in a hurry to complete his mansion given the construction cost.

“Pole pole tu 💯💪,” Mulamwah captioned the latest photo of his mansion under construction.

Mulamwah began building the mansion sometime in June 2022.

In Questions and Answers (Q&A) session with his fans on Instagram when he began the construction, Mulamwah revealed that he had spent Ksh710,000 just to put up the foundation alone.

He said that the money spent also included the cost of constructing a pit latrine, payments for some government documents and also architectural costs.

According to the comedian, he spent Ksh140,000 alone on the pit latrine which has two doors and a bathroom.

The comedian further said his house will have five bedrooms.

“4 bed & a master one. It’s a house of many. Kuuunda ni pole pole one bedroom per year. Uchumi is bad but tutamaliza inshallah” he wrote.
