Your favorite masculinity coach Amerix is trending after a tweet he shared over the weekend that is not only ballsy but very contentious.

Amerix is famously know for his attitude and shooting issues at the root cause of it all.

During his #MasculinitySaturday class he said that men should not attach themselves to their kids to avoid being manipulated by their mothers i.e. wives.

Men,

Don’t be emotionally attached to your children,

A teacher doesn’t attach to his students,

A leader doesn’t attach to his followers,

A man who is emotionally attached to his children will be manipulated by his wife.

Many women and men have pounced on Amerix like a stray cat that has poured milk meant for breakfast tea. In non-stop rants, many are sharing their thoughts as some question why he would say so with a following of about 1.1 Million on Twitter.

Amerix further explains his school of thought saying;

Men, Once your wife knows you are emotionally attached to your children, She will exploit you to death. After exploiting you, she will incite them against you and they will believe her. Women use children as collateral for emotional security. #MasculinitySaturday

Tweeps from abroad and also some Kenyan citizens are asking that people stop following his advice.

Amerix has a very huge fan base across Africa where masculine energy reigns supreme among men.

Men, Don’t follow the advice of people on twitter. Same goes for women. Just don’t. This guy spends too much time being worried about being ‘manipulated’ to be any good to any woman or kids. Best to leave him and others likeminded alone.

Probably the worst take of all time. A man who is not emotionally attached to his children will never go the distance to protect them properly. You don’t seem to know what masculinity is.

It’s bizarre how far this tough guy talk is from real trad masculinity. The Celtic + Bantu proverbs I know – and teach young men – are all a la “Blessed is the warrior with sons to walk beside him,” and “Bare is back without clan to guard it – cold is hearth w/o wife to warm it.”

My god, Eric. What sort of hollow life are you being forced to lead? This is terrible, and I am so sorry. And at Christmas. 🙁 *hugs*).

I’m guessing his woman cheated on him. Probably repeatedly. With his dad. And made him watch. Which he did. A lot going on here between that tweet and this one.

It appears you know as little about masculinity as you do about leadership I’m sorry for whatever happened to you.
