Starehe Member of Parliament Charles Kanyi Njagua aka Jaguar recently acquired an aircraft relic through auction by Kenya Airports Authority (KAA).
KAA recently sold aircraft relics and unclaimed planes to the highest bidders in a bid to relieve Wilson airport of congestion. Planes were being sold for as low as Ksh 94,300 during the public auction.
Jaguar acquired a fixed-wing aircraft relic 5H-SKT that had a reserved price of Ksh 120,000 when KAA published the advertisement.
The flamboyant singer-cum-politician towed the aircraft relic to his home in Green Park estate, Athi River where he erected it in his courtyard.
Jaguar is now giving the aircraft relic a facelift. The Starehe MP recently took to social media and shared photos of the aircraft relic being painted.
