A 27-year-old woman in Githurai, Kimbo,Edda Kanana was shot dead by an Administration police officer on Sunday night, February 26.
An administration police officer shot dead his girlfriend in Githurai, Kimbo area,the officer tried killing himself by shooting himself in the head but failed.
The incident has occurred days after another officer killed himself after shooting dead a colleague and injuring another.
Joseph Ateya shot his girlfriend, Edda Kanana, three times following an argument in her house on Sunday night.
He tried shooting himself in the head after killing Kanana, but failed sustaining serious injuries in the process.
