Cardi B was impressed by a Kenyan woman Pendo Zaalik who despite not resembling her talks exactly like her.
Pendo attracted the attention of the American rapper with her TikTok videos where she imitates how Cardi B usually talks.
The ‘WAP’ hitmaker took to social media to text Pendo after watching videos of the Kenyan lady imitating her with an American accent.
“Hey Pendo washpoppin!! That was a nice video. You sound just like me. Oh shnap!! I almost thought that was me talking. See I’m scared!!” Cardi B texted.
“OMG thank you for replaying. I love you. Much love from Kenya Cardiii,” Pendo responded in a quick rejoinder.
Pendo further shared another video imitating Cardi B as she showed her appreciation for texting her.
