Despite being blind in one eye, Vanessa Mdee didn’t let that stop her from achieving her dreams of becoming one of the best entertainers and artistes to ever come from Africa, of course representing Tanzania.

Vanessa Mdee doesn’t see her situation as a bad thing because she considers it a blessing because she can still see from the other eye completely well.

She can open both of them quite well, even blink and close them at will, it’s actually hard to spot which eye is clinically blind.
