Death Row Records co-founder Marion ‘Suge’ Knight has insisted that he won’t be testifying against Duane “Keffe D” Davis who was recently arrested in connection with the murder of Tupac Shakur.

The 58-year-old Death Row Records co-founder told TMZ that he believes police have arrested the wrong man for Tupac’s murder, and stated that he would not be taking the stand in court.

Knight was injured during the 1996 shooting, and despite being the only living witness he said he would not testify.

“1000% I wouldn’t go. I wouldn’t testify, none of that,” he said.

Knight is currently serving a 28-year jail sentence for a hit-and-run crash in 2015.

Police in the US gambling capital of Las Vegas on September 29, 2023, arrested Duane “Keffe D” Davis on suspicion that he shot and killed Tupac Shakur 27 years ago.

The hip-hop legend was only 25 years old when he was gunned down in September 1996.

He died on September 13, 1996, a week after he was shot four times in his car while waiting at a red light.

The circumstances surrounding his murder remain the subject of ongoing speculation and conspiracy theories.
