When you talk about Kenyan rap dominating acts right now, Raj makes the cut to be called of the greatest in the game, I mean the rap star can rap on his native Kisii language and still flow and spit on the beat flawlessly and make it look way easy while doing it. He is definitely the first of his caliber because we can’t honestly compare him with anyone else, I mean have you listened to ‘Sawa Sawa’? You better if you haven’t.

You need to listen to ‘Obe Baba’ and ‘Obe Baba remix’ before you listen to his latest and first single off his debut album called ‘Day One’ so that you know how talented Rajiv Okemwa popularly known as Raj really is. The multi talented artiste who doubles as a producer as well produced the beat for this awesome track (at the MusicBank record label which he happens to be the C.E.O of) and the official video for ‘Le’ King’ was Directed by none other than the Canadian director Genreshoots.

The video was shot on location in Nairobi and is the follow up of previous numerous hits by Raj such as Obe Baba Remix  with Norway based artiste Stella Mwangi and Sawa Sawa.

fluently, do you.
