Octopizzo believes Mbogi Genje is the best Gengetone group today

Octopizzo has never been shy to embrace the new blood coming into the music industry and he was the first mainstream musician to work with a Gengetone group.

Octopizzo has a hit, timeless record dubbed ‘Wakiritho’ that features Gengetone group, Sailors and seems like his love for the new genre in the country has grown exponentially since then.

Taking to social media, Octopizzo who recently went back to his community in Kibera to help out the way he can in these trying times of the Coronavirus(COVID-19) period shared the new Gengetone group that he currently “feeling”.

The Kibera-born and bred rapper gave a massive shout-out to the sought-after Gengetone group, Mbogi Genje that comprises Militan(Govana), Guzman Teddy, and Smady Tingz saying that it is his favorite Gengetone group today.

It isn’t clear if Octopizzo is looking forward to work with the Gengetone music group, Mbogi Genje since he got to work with Sailors a few months ago in a similar fashion.

Octopizzo shared some information about them(Sailors) on his social media account and later on went on to work with them on a record.
