Nasty C: It’s only AKA who can criticize me and my character

Nasty C has just made it clear to the entire music universe in the country that there isn’t anybody in the music industry who can criticize him apart from AKA.

Nasty C has a soft spot and genuine respect for AKA real name Kiernan Forbes for being there for him when absolutely nobody knew who he was when he was starting out in the rap game.

Speaking on a podcast the other day, Nasty C opened up about his altercation with DJ Speedsta and stressed the fact that he’s not cool with him right now but remains to be cordial with everybody in the industry.

“…We’re cool, I mean, I don’t care what he does and whatever. It’s not like I’ve ever asked you any sort of advice or something like that and you’re just gonna go out there and act like am a kid that disappointed you. Who the [expletive] are you? am not doing this for you.”

“If you got something to say I’d rather you call one of my people and then tell it to me you know, don’t try and start some shit on the side like trying to act like you know better and nothing like that, that’s just not gonna fly with me” addressing his situation with DJ Speedsta.

In the same breath, Nasty C gave his reasons why he believes AKA is the only person who can critique him about not only his music but his persona as well because he believes he is one of the realest people on the planet.

AKA was the one person who proved to Nasty C that he can actually make a career out of rap after he called him on the stage and performed with him with matching outfits and all, Nasty C real name Nsikayesizwe David Junior Ngcobo will forever be grateful to AKA for putting him on like that when he didn’t have to in the first place.

“If AKA says something about not even just about my music, maybe about my character, I would entertain it you know what I mean? he was there also in the beginning, he helped me put me on stage. One time he put me on stage with him, not even just to open before he gets on stage.”

“He was cool with it, he was like, “for sure, I know this kid yeah c’mon bruh”. It was like wearing similar outfits and [expletive], he was super cool about this [expletive]. That’s one of the moments that made me feel, “cool, maybe I can really do this thing,”

“I can entertain it when he says some [expletive] like that you know what I mean like critiquing something or whatever but anybody else is just like man, don’t,” he said.
