Nandy has come of age in the music industry proving that she can be consistent in releasing diverse music that is timeless despite the language barrier.

Her music cuts across the age, language barrier, anybody in the world can get hooked on her music once they lend their ear to it.

From being a contestant at ‘Tecno Own the Stage’ in Lagos, Nigeria where she emerged as the first runner-up.

On the show, Nandy sang Angel Benard’s gospel hit song ‘Nikumbushe’ to owning her records, she’s really come of age.

Nandy thought it wise to give thanks for her fortune in the music industry today and released a gospel project.

She released ‘Wanibariki’ EP, a gospel studio project, her very first.

Some would be quick to say that her performance of the ‘Nikumbushe’ hit song as a cover prepped her to become a gospel musician in the future.

In the ‘Wanibariki’ EP, Nandy has easily convinced that she can be the best in any and every genre if she’s committed to it.

She sounds more of a gospel singer than most of the gospel singers who are currently neck high in the genre.

“Najua watu walikuwa wana subiri sana sana EP YA GOSPEL BASI NYIMBO ZOTE ZIKO BOOMPLAY NA MUNGU AWABARIKI,” Nandy who is currently in Turkey said as she introduced her latest studio project back in March 4, 2020.

Nandy speaks on her HIV/AIDS status publicly for the first time

Here is the official tracklist of the ‘Wanibariki’ gospel EP.

1. Wanibariki
2. Umenifaa
3. Nipo Naye
4. Asante
5. Noel Song

The project doesn’t have any features at all, it’s all Nandy and then some Nandy on the studio project.

She became the first East, and Central secular female artiste to have released a gospel song.
