The perfect celebrity couple Wahu Kagwi and Nameless whose real name is David Mathenge have been together for over two decades, their love still goes strong to this day. They have been together for 24 years.

The couple who are both established musicians in their own right dated for 8 long years before they exchanged their vows on 10th September 2005. Nameless and Wahu officially met in 1997 while they were both students at the University of Nairobi.

The couple has been blessed with two adorable children; Tumiso who was born on August 2nd, 2006, and their second and last born child; Nyakio on August 9th, 2013.

Opening up about his family, Nameless expressed his regrets of not knocking up Wahu early enough in his recent interview with Kiss.

“One thing I wish I could have done is I think I should have had my kids earlier. Our kids change our lives so much, and especially how you look at life. As I always say, there are things I see in my kids that explain so much about me.

Like I look at my children and say, this is exactly me, and you begin to understand your strengths and weaknesses,” the ‘Megarider’ hitmaker opened up in the interview.

Nameless went further to note that he usually strives to live his daily life with the voice of his mother telling him that his body is a temple of God at the back of his mind.

He also tries to instill the same principles he got from his mother down to his children reiterating that he would be happy to see his children living their lives to the fullest where they get to touch people’s lives in a positive light and more importantly, they get to be happy, not necessarily rich but happy and successful in their endeavors.

“My mum always reminded me that my body is a temple of God and if you do not take care of your body, then it will affect many other aspects of your life.

I always try and encourage them to keep trying and striving. Those are the principles I want to instill in my kids’ life, so that nikiwaacha, they will live a full life.

A life where they touch people and they are genuinely happy, not necessarily rich but happy and successful,” he added.
