Mbosso features on New York’s Times Square Billboard

Mbosso has another accomplishment yet to smile about in his illustrious, successful music career today.

The former Yamoto Band’s member has become the second Wasafi Classic Baby(WCB)’s signed artiste after Rayvanny to have his project highlighted at the coveted Time Square Billboard.

This not only made the ‘Tamba’ hitmaker proud but also his boss, Diamond Platnumz who actually shared a short clip that was taken at New York’s Time Square showing Mbosso’s latest offering, his debut studio album ‘Definition of Love’.

This isn’t an achievement that can be easily ignored, not a lot of African artistes boasts of having their studio project highlighted at the coveted New York’s Time Square Billboard.

To mention only a few, Sauti Sol, Shane Eagle, Davido, Wizkid, Burna Boy, Rayvanny, and now Mbosso has had the privilege and honor to be featured in one of the busiest billboards in the modern world today.

How much it cost to put a billboard in Times Square

It costs between $1.1 and $4 million a year to buy advertising space in Times Square.

In contrast, a Times Square billboard cost for a day can start at $5000 and go up to well over $50,000. Moreover, it can cost up to $3 million per month to advertise on Time Square’s largest billboard.
