Embakasi East MP Babu Owino,head of NASA tech team David Ndii and Blogger Cyprian Nyakundi are among those NCIC is investigating for hate speech.
Mising in the list unfortunately is Moses Kuria, Ole Kaparo reportedly claims he was not aware aof any inflamatory remarks made by the Gatundu MP.

Kenyans are calling out the NCIC for not acting when Moses Kuria and other politicians incite citizens at public forums and rallies.
NCIC exists to promote national unity in Kenya. In order that this is actualized, the Commission facilitates processes and policies that encourage elimination of all forms of ethnic discrimination irrespective of background, social circle, race and ideological belief(s), and by so doing, enhances the capacity for Kenyans to accept each other in appreciating the significance of diversity.
But so far,they have failed to achieve the above.
The commission’s mission is to facilitate and promote a Kenyan society whose values are harmonious and non-discriminatory for peaceful co-existence and integration.
