Anne Waiguru is quickly becoming synonymous with all the mega scandals in the country. While the heat is yet to cool off after her explosive affidavit mentioned a number of top personalities.

Just when she thought she had passed on the heat to the likes of Duale, it appears she is about to be sucked in another crazy case where over 100 million was paid to the ghost of a white man who died several years ago.

On probing further MPs carrying out an investigation of the lost youth funds learnt that the CEO of Quorandam had paid 115 million to a white American man whom he had never met nor talked to to help in the software designs. The MPs unconvinced decided to Google the name they were given; Donnie Collins Reeves, they landed on and American who had died at the age of 61 years.

When the funds top officials were suspended, the suspension letters were copied to the CS at the time Anne Waiguru as well as her PS Peter Mangiti. However, so far little has been found to show that the two took any action to investigate the suspended officials. This has led to eyebrows being directed to the former PS as to whether she was a beneficiary hence her lack of action. More secrets are expected to unravel as the case continues

Will Anne Waiguru come out clean after all these allegations of graft?
