King Kaka currently has the sympathies of almost everyone who has seen his current situation that has seen him drop weight drastically after he was misdiagnosed.

King Kaka took time to celebrate his wife who has been a pillar of strength throughout this challenging time in his life after the drastic weight loss.

The rapper whose real name is Kennedy Ombima is counting his blessings for having Nana Owiti in his corner for the past three months reiterating his wife has been proving every other time that she isn’t only a wife but a best friend too.

“Let me count my blessings. The last 3 months have been nothing short but terrifying, This lady here Nana Owiti has shown and proven what a wife and a best friend is,” King Kaka shared in part.

Apparently, Nana Owiti has been by her hubby’s side throughout this journey going to the extent of sleeping next to King Kaka’s bed, waking up the next day, having a shower in the same hospital before going to work donning a happy face in the television as if nothing is happening in her life.

“From kulala kwa couch ya hospitali next to my bed then you wake up shower in the same hospital, go and smile kwa TV like everything is okay to fighting with Nurses on why they are ‘slow’ (Big Up to the Nurses who took care of me, ni vile Nana alikuwa anataka nipone haraka), to praying and encouraging me to eat mkisaidiana na moms, to sponge-bathing me when the temperatures were too high,” he went on to add.

Thanks to Nana Owiti who is a TV personality at Switch TV, King Kaka has learned the new meaning of the word “partner” in a relationship.

King Kaka is forever grateful to his caring wife.

“I am currently walking on that road to recovery but I pray that God guides you and grants you all your hearts’ wishes & Desires.

Just learned the new meaning of the word ‘Partner’ in a relationship. Be blessed and Asante Nana,” King Kaka concluded.
