Frida Kajala Masanja became a mother for the first time on July 15, 2002, when she gave birth to her daughter Paula.
Kajala gave birth to her daughter Paula Majani when she was only 19 years old. The 39-year-old actress was born on 22 July 1983 and has been a national figure in Tanzania ever since she started starring in Bongo movies.
Kajala was married to legendary Tanzanian music producer P funk Majani who is the father of her daughter. However, she walked out of her marriage because of domestic violence.
The Bongo movie actress used birth control for 20 long years as she avoided getting pregnant with baby number two at all costs.
Kajala has been in multiple relationships since her marriage to Majani crumbled but she has never gotten pregnant for any of the men she dated.
The mother of one is now looking forward to getting pregnant with baby number two 20 years after she gave birth to her daughter and only child Paula.
Kajala recently expressed desire to get pregnant with baby number two through her post on social media.
“I think now ni muda sahihi wakupata mdogo wako dada Pau. Akuna kutumia p2 tena. Am ready to be a mother again,” Kajala wrote.
