Whenever you get to listen to Wanja Wahoro’s heavenly voice, you instantly become her fan just like that, no questions asked because when something is right it’s just right, you can’t argue with facts and the lovely, beautiful, talented, guitarist and singer/songwriter Wanja is a god on the microphone.
Wanja who released her debut project dubbed ‘Matriarch’ got to work with Junior Nyong’o on a new collaborative record dubbed ‘Brighter’ which is inspired by Lupita Nyongo’s recently released children story book called ‘Sulwe’ which is already a best seller.

The ‘Brighter’ record as produced by M3 sees Lupita Nyongo’s brother who is also an actor, Junior Nyong’o debuting as a singer and also as a songwriter sharing his vocals with the world for the first time.
It’s paramount to note that Junior Nyong’o aka Junelope Jones is not only an actor, a model and a musician, he is also a renowned DJ going by a rather interesting moniker, Freesia Flow under which he has interesting mixes out with his recent one being Juniper Mix. As Freesia Flow, he usually wear a mask as a part of his signature look and to somewhat represent and signify his DJ alter ego.
Clearly, Junior Nyong’o is a multi talented artiste who together with Wanja Wahoro’s vocals made the ‘Brighter’ record a memorable one that am certain will make Lupita Nyong’o proud when she listens to it.
