Loose Kaynon, A-Q, MI Abaga and Blaqbonez (L.A.M.B) dropped ‘The Last Cypher’

The much anticipated L.A.M.B cypher by Loose Kaynon, A-Q, MI Abaga and Blaqbonez dropped a few days ago and the Africa hip hop scene cannot keep calm all about it.

This bar-heavy, carefully crafted piece of art, presented by Boomplay, is more than just a cypher but reinforces African Hip Hop and ultimately continues to elevate the hip-hop culture.

In 2018, L.A.M.B was formed as acronym from the first alphabets of the rappers names, Loose Kaynon, A-Q, MI Abaga and Blaqbonez, the quartet went on a campaign called LAMB August which would see the rappers release 3 albums every week in the Month of August, Loose Kaynon and A-Q released The Crown Album on the 17th, MI Abaga released YUNG DNZL a week later on the 24th of the same month and Blaqbonez released his first project under the 100 crowns imprint Badboy Blaq on the 31st.

In 2019 the LAMB released 2 cyphers on the 10th of January and 10th of September, these Cyphers would go ahead to be the most talked about hip hop event in Africa in the year, having fans clamoring for a 3 installment and on December 2021 the Quartet delivered.

Since its release the cypher has been trending on social media and received critical acclaim across the world amassing over 150k views in just three days of its release.
