Jamie Foxx’s sexual assault accuser pleads for her identity to remain hidden

Jamie Foxx is the latest celeb after Diddy to be sued for sexual assault in what appears to be a new wave of ‘Me Too’ movement.

Foxx’s sexual assault accuser however doesn’t want to be known, she requested for her identity to remain hidden in a lawsuit against him.

In court documents, the accuser has sought permission to remain as ‘Jane Doe’ (anonymous) in her lawsuit against the actor over the alleged sexual assault that happened in 2015.

“I was sexually assaulted as indicated in the Complaint and as a result, I suffered psychological and emotional injuries. I do not desire to publicly disclose my identity as a victim of sexual assault because this matter is highly sensitive, and I have already experienced significant shock, shame, and embarrassment for my disclosure due to the prominence and celebrity status of the Defendants,” the woman argued in court papers.

“This case has already been on every major news outlet and has caused me to fear for my safety given the fame of Defendant. It is very difficult for me to come forward and talk about the events that occurred. The sexual assault I suffered has caused my depression, anxiety, lack of sleep, distress, and I am fearful that a public disclose will cause further emotional trauma,” she attended.

The woman noted that she wouldn’t mind providing her name to Jamie Foxx and his lawyers, but wanted her identity to remain private from the world.

The anonymous woman accused the 55-year-old actor  of placing his hands on her waist, before proceeding to move them ‘under her top.’

She further clained that Jamie Foxx started rubbing her breasts after he pulled her by the arm to the back area of the rooftop’ at Catch NYC & Roof.

The woman additionally claimed that the actor, who was drunk, told her she looked like Gabrielle Union and touched her in her intimate areas.

Foxx has denied the allegations made against him in the lawsuit.

The actor is the latest male celebrity to face sexual assault lawsuit in a new wave where women are making trumped-up charges against male celebrities, claiming they were abused many years ago.
