Gilad Millo who used to is a deputy head of mission at the Isreali Embassy in the country has been making headlines of late not with official government stuff but through his music which he has tremendous passion in it.

In the short time he chose to leave the diplomatic way to fully settle as a musician who sings flawlessly in two Kenyan official languages; English and Swahili, he has been able to release very powerful, good music and his debut track ‘Unajua’ with yet another popular artiste Wendy Kimani (who was a finalist on the East African “American Idol” way back in 2008 and currently resides in Amsterdam with her Dutch husband) which got massive reception in Kenya and east Africa and even topped the chart in the local Kenyan radio X-FM.

Since his debut in April 2015, the Ashkenazi Jew Millo has been busy releasing hits after hits singing in fluent Kiswahili as if he was born and raised in Kenya and his last single ‘Sema Milele’ didn’t disappoint one bit because Gilad has made quite a reputation for himself in the Kenyan music when it comes to good quality music delivery.

He has now released the official video for his new song ‘Rangi Ya Bahari’ and from the looks of it, Gilad will help put Kenya in the map with his soft, soothing music that when he sings, everyone has to stop what they are doing and listen to him. He has however featured yet another up and coming artiste Gachago who has a die-for pair of tonsils and somewhat slightly sounds like Gilad himself. This is a song that you definitely need to listen together with your other half at any time of day or night because it will still be relevant.

Enjoy Gilad’s new song ‘Rangi ya Bahari’ together with Gachago and keep a keen eye on him because he is going places even though he has been in the music industry for a few months, it feels like s he has been in the game for a decade.

I love everybody who loves everybody, somebody got to love somebody at some point.
Music is something that comes natural to everybody and it's a language that everybody can understand, I understand it and that's why I speak it
fluently, do you.
