Cardi B who won four awards in the 2017 BET Awards was beyond ecstatic after she saw a Mombasa matatu named C’Zer bearing her image.

Many music, series and movie legends have been immortalized in murals in many matatus in the recent past with Prison Break’s protagonist actor Theodore “T-Bag” Bagwell real name Robert Knepper being one of them who acknowledged the honor.

The recent superstar and the hitmaker of ‘Bodak Yellow’ is the recent celebrity who was beyond happy to have her face drawn in a matatu.

“This is Kenya, Africa !!!đŸ˜đŸ˜đŸ˜â€â€â€I Love it. I wanna cry this made me really happy! Shout out to all my supporters in Africa !! Hope I visit one-day # BardiGang” She posted expressing her love for Africa and the fan base she has in Kenya to be precise.

I know of many matatus especially plying the Ongata Rongai route that has celebrities especially rappers on their body that ought to be given shout outs as well, but who knows! maybe after Cardi B’s shoutout, many different rappers like 2 Chainz, Young Jezzy, Lil Wayne and Birdman might just acknowledge the artistry placed behind every stroke of a paintbrush to make them stand out in a perfectly drawn mural.

I love everybody who loves everybody, somebody got to love somebody at some point.
Music is something that comes natural to everybody and it's a language that everybody can understand, I understand it and that's why I speak it
fluently, do you.
