“Nilikuwa hoi taaban” Alikiba speaks after cancelling US tour due to Covid-19

Alikiba was forced to cancel his planned music tour of the US slated for September 2022 after he contracted Coronavirus which adversely affected his health.

The celebrated Bongo singer through a post on social media gave his fans an update on how he is faring after contracting Covid-19.

“Guys thanks so much thanks so much you guys are the best. I’m doing good ila nilikuwa hoi taaban taaban alhamdulilahi. Nimeanza kupona. Sasa hivi naendelea vizuri ila nilikuwa hoi taaban,” Alikiba said in a clip posted on his social media accounts.

The veteran Bongo singer was forced to cancel his US tour after he tested positive for Coronavirus.

Alikiba’s US music tour was to start on September 2nd and run almost for nearly a month until October 1. He was to perform across major cities in America.

“To all my dear fans who have been impatiently waiting for the commencement of my ‘Only One King US Tour’, 2022 which was to commence on 2nd September, I’m truly saddened and devastated to say that I have tested positive for Covid-19,” Kiba said in a post on his Insta Stories

“We are forced to postpone and reschedule to the soonest day possible. Nothing is more important to me than the health of my band, crew, and you, my fans. Until then I hope everyone stays safe and takes all necessary precautions. Inshallah, I will see you very soon,” he added.
