Rains have yet again shown that Kenya’s capital city Nairobi, drainage system need further developing as resident suffer and experience the worst floods now famously called Nairobi Floods.
Concerned Kenyans are now asking, who is to blame?
Is it the County personnel who clean up drainage and leave the dirt or individuals who go out throwing litter whenever they think.
But wait, does it mean, we have to wait for such scenarios to happen for action to be taken?
