Infotrak Rises Political Temperatures In The Country Releasing The Results Of Opinion Poll That Showed Uhuru Leading Raila By Far

Research firm Infotrak recently released the results of an opinion poll it conducted to determine the popularity of presidential candidates.

According to the results of the opinion poll, President Uhuru Kenyatta leads his closest competitor Raila Odinga with a 17% margin.

According to the poll released on Sunday, Uhuru could easily win a presidential election but could not meet the 50%+1 vote threshold needed to avoid a run-off.

The results of the poll have caused a storm with both the Statehouse and opposition dismissed the results.

ODM camp dismissed the results saying the results were misleading, irrelevant and diversionary. The graph below to show how presidential candidates fared in the opinion poll:
