Nominated Senator Emma Mbura took legal action against Mombasa political activist Kalinga Mgandi for alleging he had a romantic relationship with her.
In a 5 minutes audio, Kalinga insulted the nominated Senator saying she used witchcraft to lure him into having romantic relationship with her.
Kalinga accuses Senator Emma Mbura of being a harlot who has a knack for snatching other women’s husbands.

The Mombasa political activist was arrested in Nairobi and brought to Mombasa on Sunday morning under heavy security.
Kalinga was arraigned in court on Monday for misuse of a licensed telecommunications gadget where he denied the charges.
The nominated Senator responded to Kalinga’s accusations saying the activist urgently needed psychological help.
