The NYS saga has taken a new and a rather unexpected twist after former CS Anne Waiguru unleashed an unbelievable affidavit that drags in Aden Duale,Senator Kipchumba Murkomen and Farouk Kibet,DP William Ruto’s PA.
Anne Waiguru claims that they issued threats and one Adan Harakhe in efforts to totally cover bills that were allegedly skyrocketing, amid vacuum tenders and supply to the NYS.
She further says that the ball was thrown to her and persecution was only pushed towards her because she refused to coperate.
She claims that her troubles started when she replaced Githinji with Harakhe as the NYS Authority to Incur Expenditure (AIE) holder.
“It was found that similar hefty amounts had been paid into the accounts associated with (Josephine) Kabura, totalling over Sh791 million between December 2014 and April 2015 prior to my request for investigation. The money was withdrawn in cash immediately it got into the account. The payments were paid when Githinji was the AIE holder.”
Duale has distanced himself from the saga asking madam Waiguru to table incriminating evidence or carry her own cross.
