Shekhinah who is singer-songwriter released her debut album ‘ Rose Gold’ late last year on 6 October 2017 to be precise according to Spotify is the most streamed artiste from South Africa.
The debut album was released by Sony Music Entertainment Africa was later on certified gold by the Recording Industry of South Africa on 24 January 2018 making her debut album a success.
The album went further to enable her to win three South African Music Awards; South African Music Award for Album of the Year, South African Music Award for Best Newcomer and South African Music Award for Best Female Artist.
Everybody can’t seem to get enough of Shekhinah’s music and that might be the reason why she deservingly is the most streamed female artiste in South Africa in the recent six months.
