Virusi Mbaya becomes a street kid to send a message in his new record

Virusi mbaya as a achokoraa

Virusi Mbaya who is a well-known artiste and an established lyricist in the hip hop realm across Kenya with a huge following from Kibera which is the home of many talented rap artistes like Kayvo Kforce, Mistake, and Octopizzo just released a social awareness song dubbed ‘Street Child’ aimed to stop how people look at street urchins in the society.

“this song was written to stop the discrimination of the street kids and street families…most of them are not there by choice but they had no other choice” Virusi Mbaya explains the reasons why he chose to write this record.

This is one if not the only social awareness records I have ever watched and listened to from Kenya that is bound to teach us to treat these street kids as part of us because they are not there by choice but because of circumstances.

Virusi Mbaya has just released one of the records that will forever be here to remind us how to treat streets kids everywhere and the lyrics are touching so much so it might bring a tear on your eyes.

Don’t watch and/or listen to this record like any other record you have before, listen to it with an open mind, listen to what Virusi Mbaya is trying to tell you. It might change your perception you have about the street kids.
