Retired President Mwai Kibaki also read a wrong speech today at an event that was graced by ambassadors, governors and other dignitaries.
The event was the launch of two Sh8.5 billion water projects funded by the United States and Swiss governments held at the Safari Park Hotel in Nairobi.
The crowd laughed and empathized with him as he struggled to find the right speech to read. The former head of state completely failed to read the intended speech and ended up talking about something that was totally of the agenda of the day.
