Yesterday Miguna was daring CS Fred Matiang’i to arrest him after they charged Ruaraka MP TJ Kajwang.
Matiang’i already issued a statement that NRM is an illegal group after the oath taking rally at Uhuru Park,where NASA leader Raila Odinga was sworn in the People’s President.
