Julie Gichuru is many things; An entrepreneur, a media personality, an absolutely gorgeous woman, a mother and one of the best anchors Kenya has ever had.

This long list is not even complete when talking about this giant of a woman, but one must stop praising her for us to get to the meat of this particular story.

Julie Gichuru can also rap as we first encountered a couple of months back when she rapped over Tupac’s ‘Staring through my rearview’.

Then this past weekend as all Kenyans waited with baited breath( you know we thought the election would go down the wire, incredible result!), she dropped a cover of DMX’s 2006 hit song ‘Lord give me a sign’ on one of her social media pages

The rap lyrics are very appropriate considering the deep divisions that this country is facing. Check out the video below:
