The man identified as Sean Donis was babysitting their 4-year-old son because his wife, Nancy wanted to go for dinner with a couple of friends. Sean fortunately or unfortunately did not believe her. So he decided to use the ‘ find my iPhone’ app to track her whereabouts.
What he found out shocked him out of his mind and ended his marriage.The app had tracked his wife to this house. He found her in her bosses house.
The boss whose name is Albert Lopez and she were going at it like rabbits. He then proceeded to take to short videos of the infidelity.
This decision to videotape his wife’s transgressions may have landed him in hot water. Sean got a July 20 letter informing him a Rockland grand jury had indicted him on charges of felony burglary and unlawful surveillance. All because he found his wife in the wrong. There is a quote that says the law is an ass and I couldn’t agree more.
