I know it might have crossed on many Kenyan men’s mind to spank traffic police officer Linda Okello’s buttocks but it came as a shock as one city barber actually went ahead and spanked a female traffic police officer’s buttocks whose identity has been withheld.
I know team mafisi are proud of this man and there’s no doubt about that, he did what pretty much 70% population of men wanted to do.
He was taken to court and was later on released on bond awaiting trial.
