Taking to social media to announce the untimely news, Mrs Mbugua painted a picture of a hard working woman,a warrior in her life.
‘’Heaven needed a warrior and you were a fighter to the end. Rest In Power Cucu, our hearts are heavy,’’ she posted on her Instagram page.
She passed on a day the news reader was celebrating her mother’s birthday.
