Moses Kuria And His ‘Hate-Speech’ Counterparts From CORD to Lose their Seats Unless Otherwise!

Moses Kuria and the other CORD politicians who recently spent nights behind bars could soon lose their seats in parliament.

“These politicians have in the recent past uttered words that caused anxiety in the country considering their standing in the society.” one agitated Kenyan laments.

The leaders arrested were Senator Johnson Muthama, Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria, Kabete MP Ferdinand Waititu and Suna East MP Junet Mohamed.

Others were Kitutu Masaba MP Timothy Bosire, Bahati MP Kimani Ngunjiri, Busia woman representative Florence Mutua and Kilifi woman representative, Aisha Jumwa.

A man has moved to the High Court to sue the Pangani 6, Muthaiga 2 political leaders arrested for hate speech.

Charles Kioko wants them barred from holding any public office.

The judge however declined to certify the case as urgent because they had already been charged and freed on bond.

The eight CORD and Jubilee leaders who were released on bond or cash bail on Friday, June 17, have been sued in court by a man who is seeking to end their political careers.
