Deputy President William Ruto has sent a reply to CORD leader Raila Odinga’s invitation to join CORD that might as well mean Raila’s Presidential ambition is over.
William Ruto has made it clear that he has a plan that will see him take over from President Uhuru Kenyatta rather than being in a “political forest” like other politicians in CORD.
Speaking in Western Kenya, Ruto said that the reason why Raila will never succeed in politics is because of his gluttonous nature.
DP Ruto also said that Raila would be the president today if only he had stuck patiently with former president Mwai Kibaki.
However, Raila started “disturbing” Kibaki even before 5 years were over.
Ruto claims Raila Odinga is a political forest destined to stay and wants others to join the bandwagon.
However, the Deputy President has insisted that he cannot leave Uhuru’s camp in favor of Raila Odinga’s CORD because he knows what he wants.
