Tanzanian music heartthrob Juma Jux and his Nigerian sweetheart, Priscillia Ojo, have revealed they’re expecting their first child — just months after tying the knot in a dazzling white wedding that set social media alight.
The couple shared their joyous news in a heartfelt Instagram post on Thursday, July 24, 2025, complete with elegant maternity shoot photos and an ultrasound image that had fans swooning.
The pair simply captioned it: “MOM & DAD 🤍✨ BLESSED • GRATEFUL • THANKFUL.”
The stylish photos showed Priscillia glowing in a form-fitting gown, proudly cradling her baby bump while Jux stood beside her with beaming pride.

The announcement was met with an outpouring of congratulations from fans across East and West Africa, with many calling them the continent’s “it couple.”
The pregnancy reveal comes just three months after their glamorous wedding, held in April, which brought together celebrities, dignitaries, and close friends from both Tanzania and Nigeria.
Prior to that, the couple had celebrated a traditional ceremony in Tanzania in February, sealing their union in front of family and elders.
Their whirlwind romance has been the stuff of modern fairytales. In previous interviews, Jux revealed that he met Priscillia by sheer chance at an airport in Rwanda after missing his flight. What started with a laugh from a stranger turned into love at first sight.
“She was in the business class section, and I was furious I couldn’t get a seat. Then I saw her smiling — and that was it,” Jux said. “It’s a feeling I’d never had before. I knew instantly she was the one.”
Since then, the duo has been inseparable, often sharing glimpses of their life together — from private getaways to fashion-forward red carpet appearances.
