Kanye West's ex Julia Fox comes out as lesbian after 2 years of celibacy

Actress Julia Fox has publicly come out as a lesbian, sharing her truth with fans on TikTok.

On Monday, July 8, 2024, the 34-year-old candidly revealed her sexuality in response to a TikTok video by user @emgwaciedawgie.

The TikTok user had humorously remarked, “I love when I see a lesbian with their boyfriend. It’s like ‘Aww, you hate that man. You literally hate him.’”

Adding her response to the video, Fox said, “Hey, that was me. I was that lesbian. So sorry, boys. Won’t happen again.”

Fox’s announcement was met with overwhelming support from fans. One commenter wrote, “I’m so happy for you,” while another added, “This makes my heart so happy.”

For some, Fox’s revelation may not come as a complete surprise.

In a 2022 interview with Ziwe, she hinted at her sexual orientation, saying, “I have some gay bone [in my body] and I need to explore that a little bit more.”

She also reflected on her past relationships, adding, “Like, maybe my ex-boyfriends weren’t wrong when they were calling me a lesbian and complaining that I never wanted to have sex with them.”

Fox was previously married to Peter Artemiev from 2018 to 2020, and they share a 3-year-old son, Valentino.

Following her split from Artemiev, Fox had a brief relationship with rapper Kanye West in 2022 during his divorce from Kim Kardashian.
