Diamond Platnumz and Alikiba in the past two weeks have been competing for the number one spot on music charts in various digital music streaming platforms in the East African region.
The Wasafi boss had been holding the number one spot on the music charts with his song ‘Mapoz’ featuring Jay Melody and Mr Blue.
After a few days, Alikiba and Nandy came up with their ‘Dah’ collaboration which elbowed ‘Mapoz’ from the top of spot and remained at position one for 10 days.
Alikiba started taking subliminal shots at Diamond bragging that Nandy and him took down ‘Mapoz’ which is a collaboration of three musicians.
However, came out of nowhere and took down Alikiba and Zuchu from the top spot with her new song ‘Zawadi’.
Zuchu, who is a Wasafi artiste and Diamond’s lover, has surely silenced Alikiba who took pride in overtaking Simba in the music charts.
