About a week ago, three Cord supporters were brutally shot dead by police during Cord’s anti-IEBC demonstrations.
Two of the Cord protesters were killed in Siaya while one was gunned down in Kisumu City. Their deaths sparked condemnation from rights groups and various other quarters.
Raila today flew to the Lakeside City to pray and mourn the CORD supporters who met their untimely deaths from bullets fired by the police.
Raila and other Cord leaders including Mombasa governors made their way to Kirembe Grounds where they were met by thousands of their supporters.
