Bahati and his wife Diana Marua had an argument as each party claimed that if they had not been married the other one would be suffering.
Diana claimed Bahati would be nothing without her even though she met him when he was already a successful musician.
“The glory of God is in me, so I have God within me. God works in me so basically I have God in me. So when I say were it not for me you would be nowhere Bahati. You would be suffering, Diana said during a session with Bahati on their YouTube channel.
On his part, Bahati claimed that if he had not married Diana she would still be hoping from one club to the next.
“Ehhh if it were not for me right now unaona hivi clubs vile zinafungwa zingekuwa zinafungikiwa ndani. Ungekua bado huko unasherehe unaterereka,” Bahati said.
Bahati was referring to Diana’s former life as a prostitute.
Diana Marua trended a lot last year after a video of her confessing that she used to sleep with men for money resurfaced online sparking raw emotions from netizens.
The video was first uploaded online in October 2020 but it went viral again on November 18, 2022, as netizens wondered how many men Diana could have slept with.
In the video, Diana narrated how she changed men like clothes for material gains, revealing that each man served a specific purpose in her life.
