It has been a double tragedy for Bongo singer Ommy Dimpoz after he lost his girlfriend Maya Mia and then he got robbed of $13,000/Ksh1.5 million.
Dimpoz paid a touching tribute to his late girlfriend Maya Mia who passed on under unclear circumstances.
“I am deeply saddened to think that she is gone 😭, she was a person with a heart of gold, My Maya…You will be missed forever and always.
The beautiful moments you shared with us will always speak of the great person that you were. Rest in peace up in heaven! 🙏🏽💔 Love You,” Dimpoz wrote on social media.
While still mourning the death of his girlfriend, Dimpoz came out to lament that he had been robbed a whopping Ksh1.5 million.
“Yani hata sijapoa na msiba jana nimeibiwa dola elfu 13 almost milioni 30 (I haven’t even healed from my loss and I am robbed of $13,000),” Dimpoz complained.
The Tanzanian singer however noted that he would not file a complaint with the police, saying that he had left the matter to God to deal with the thief (s).
“Hiyo lakini nimeamua kumshtakia Allaah (I have decided to report the thief to Allah),” he added.
