Zuchu is becoming a woman of many firsts in the music industry today.
Zuchu was the first woman in Africa to gain 100 thousand subscribers in under 24 hours since opening up a YouTube account.
She is also the first African female musician to have over a million YouTube streams in under 24 hours.
Zuchu became the first East African female artiste to have her name considered in the prestigious 2021 Grammy Awards. She was proposed for a nomination in the Best New Artist Category at the Grammys.

Now the WCB signed artiste has landed herself her second ambassadorial endorsement since she started out this music career.
Zuchu real name Zuhura Othman Soud was named Zanzibar’s 2021 Tourism Ambassador.
Zuchu who has the hottest song in East Africa dubbed ‘Sukari’ took to social media to announce the good news to her millions of followers on Instagram.
“Nina furaha kubwa sana kutangazwa rasmin kuwa balozi wa utalii zanzibar 2021. (a tourism ambassador in zanzibar 2021). shukurani zangu za dhati ziende kwa serikali yetu ya zanzibar ikiongozwa na mheshimiwa @dr.hmwinyi .kwenye wizara ya utalii ikiongozwa na mheshimiwa lela muhamed musa ,(waziri wa utalii na mambo ya kale. 2021 is officially a busy year. cc @utaliiwizara #brandambassador #wcb4life,” she wrote.
Zuchu promised to make represent and market Zanzibar in and out of Tanzania.
The 27-year-old singer and songwriter landed her first endorsement deal six-months-after getting signed to Diamond Platnumz’s record label and management company, WCB.
What they say about Diamond Platnumz is true, he really makes superstars and Zuchu is an attestation to that phenomenon.
The first endorsement deal that she signed in November 2020 was with Tridea Cosmetics.
Zuchu is coming to be one of the biggest musicians in Africa today.
