Yummy Mummy got the internet talking about her once again after her recent revelation that most of her fans weren’t ready for.
The beautiful mother of three adorable kids; Ethan William, Mukeni Wairimu, Mutana Njoki
took to social media to open up about her long-time decision she had made for herself of not wearing any underwear, any shapewear, and even bras.
She went on to disclose that they make her feel uncomfortable and constrictive sometimes making her ask why she’s wearing them, to begin with.
Yummy Mummy real name Joan Obwaka who is one of the few respected content creators in Kenya says a lot of women have been made to believe that wearing shapewear products is a way of making people rich for no apparent reason/s.

Yummy Mummy went further to say that she only wears them if the need arises, not because she wants to because she actually feels free and comfortable without them.
“Sexy isn’t always about boobs and butts. It’s the way you walk, the way you talk and the way you think.. but also those first two help here and there 😅😅” she opened up in her recent post
You absolutely can’t tell Yummy Mummy otherwise when it comes to her decision of choosing not to wear undergarments. Her mind is set and can’t be changed by anyone apart from herself.
“I don’t wear shapewear at all. Even bras and underwear most days I don’t. I find them constrictive and when I truly ask myself why I feel the need to, the truth is that it’s because we have been conditioned to believe that ‘good’ girls wear bras and underwear.
And that if you’re thick, you need shapewear to look good in clothes. But you know what? I call bullsh*t.
Because I feel comfortable without them! And I realize, people just want to make money off of women by telling them they don’t look good in their clothes without the shapewear or push-up bra on! And so I won’t wear them unless I absolutely feel the need to.
