Yema Khalif’s Yema store in California gets visited by a 3-times NBA champion and popular Hollywood actor

Yema Khalif is evidently bound to take over the world through fashion and he is not letting anyone or anything whatsoever stop him achieve his dream of becoming the best of the best in the fashion realm that he’s built from the ground up.

Yema Khalif who can trace his roots back to Kibera, Nairobi, Kenya which is the biggest slum in Africa has a rather interesting, success story that deserves a biopic of its own.

Yema recently opened up his own African-inspired apparel and fashion house called YEMA together with his Ethiopian wife, Hawi Awash and together they have achieved rather quite a lot.

He has since been visited by the one and only legendary, American-Mexican Carlos Santana in his California store with other mentionable celebrities like the celebrated actor, Connie Nielsen being among who has also been visited a 3-times NBA Champion with a celebrated Hollywood actor.

Klay Thompson who is not only a 3-times NBA champion but also a forward for the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association came to see the African-inspired fashion house, YEMA in California owned by Yema Khalif with his wife, Hawi Awash and the couple couldn’t be happier.

Also who came to check out the store and buy some interesting apparel was Laura Harrier who is an actor and model best known for her key roles in ‘BlacKkKlansman’, ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ and ‘Fahrenheit 451’ just to mention a few.

Yema Khalif who is a fashion designer, comedian, dancer, and actor is one of the most successful Kenyan-American entrepreneurs living in the U.S. but chooses to stay humble, content but with an inspirational ambition to become probably the next Daymond Garfield John who is best known as the founder, president, and CEO of FUBU.
