Rhumba maestro and record producer Eng. Wuod Fibi has set his eyes on representing other Kenyans on the upcoming general elections.
The revered music genius didn’t disclose which position he will be vying for on his social media post but he stated that he’s adamant in running for office after taking some time to reflect and do some soul searching.
Wuod Fibi has a huge stake in the Luo Rhumba, and the Ohangla genre playing a major and key role in ushering in the new artistes of this generation, something that he’s humbled by.
He wants to bring change, a positive change in the political arena just as he has done in the music industry today.
The ‘Kula Kwa Macho’, ‘Cham Gi Wang’i’ hitmaker noted that he will be joining politics with his independent political party called Kenya Moja that answers to KM acronym.

Wuod Fibi went ahead to add that his party symbol and party manifesto was made available a few days ago for the general public.
“After a thorough soul searching and meeting different stakeholders in this nation, I have decided to run for an elective post under my party KENYA MOJA ( KM ) Our party symbol was unveiled a week ago during the delegates conference which took place in Kisumu in which our party manifesto was also made available to the media fraternity. ” Wuod Fibi shared on social media.
Wuod Fibi will join a huge list of Kenyan celebrities, media personalities who wants to join politics in 2022.
Among the few established media personalities, musicians and celebrities who want to throw their hat into the political arena are Jalang’o, Emma Jalamo, Robert Alai, Mohamed Alinur, and so many more.
