4th woman accusing Diddy of gang-raping her when she was only 17 ordered to reveal her identity

An anonymous woman suing veteran rapper Diddy for sexual assault has been ordered to reveal her identity.

A judge ruled on Thursday February 29, that Jane Doe (anonymous), who claims that the music mogul and his longtime collaborator Harve Pierre, along with a third unidentified man, sex trafficked and gang-raped her when she was 17 in 2003, must include her real name in court documents if the case proceeds.

The ruling comes after Diddy’s legal team argued that they will suffer prejudice as a result of the Jane Doe proceeding anonymously while their identities have been revealed.

Ultimately, the court decided that Jane Doe did not have more specific support to maintain her anonymity.

Diddy broke his silence after the Jane Doe, who became the fourth woman accusing him of sexual assault, came out to sue him claiming that he together with two other men violently raped her in a bathroom.

The woman claims she was violently gang raped by Diddy and two friends at his New York studio when she was 17.

The anonymous accuser in her lawsuit alleged that Bad Boy Entertainment President Harve Pierre met her in 2003 in Detroit.

She said that Pierre told her she was not and flew her to New York City where she met Diddy.

The woman stated she met Diddy in a recording studio and sat on his lap during the session, indulging in drugs and alcohol. The accuser supplied images from the alleged meeting.

The woman said that Diddy later led her into the bathroom where he allegedly removed her underwear and raped her over the sink.

The anonymous accuser stated that she suffered in silence for 20 years but found the courage to speak out after Cassie’s lawsuit.

Diddy broke his silence about the multiple lawsuits by women claiming he sexually assaulted them after the fourth accuser came out.
